I started Sheridan VA because I kept seeing the same thing: brilliant people drowning in admin, emails and logistics. I strongly believe you shouldn’t have to choose between growing your business and staying sane.

My background in high‑level executive support and operations means I don’t just tick things off a list – I help protect your headspace and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

I’ve worked across banking and investments, technology, property and entertainment for companies including Netflix, Fidelity Investments International and Jones Lang LaSalle, as well as smaller teams and solo founders. Over the years I’ve worked in both small teams and large, busy departments, on projects based in the UK and across global markets. That means I’m used to different ways of working, time zones and cultures – and I can slot into your existing team or work quietly on my own, depending on what you need.
